A Bit About Me

My primary objective in pursuing martial arts has consistently been to develop confidence and self-defence skills.

I started my training at Team EMF in Year 5, during which I have experienced significant growth in my self-assurance. This journey has enabled me to step outside my comfort zone and embrace new challenges. As a result, I am now more adept at approaching and addressing various problems with confidence and ease.

I firmly believe that I have acquired the necessary skills for self-defence; however, I recognise that the learning process is ongoing, and I remain committed to furthering my knowledge and abilities in this discipline.
